When parents are involved in their education, children do better on a wide range of measures.

When schools and parents listen to each other and work together, they have a really positive impact on learning and student well-being. This is why it is so important that schools work in partnership with parents, from a child’s first days at school right through to when they leave. 

Your views are important because you know your child best. You can help other people understand their strengths, difficulties and needs. You can say what life is like outside of school  – at home, in your family life and in your child's social life and relationships.

An Annual Questionnaire is sent out to parents which draws upon Ofsted Parent View specific questions, supplemented by our schools SEND specific and settings focused questions which apply directly to the needs of our young people and the strategic development of the school.
