Whilst we are a small special school of less than 250 staff and not required to report on the Gender Pay Gap, we believe that it is best practice to articulate our philosophy on equality and pay.

Salaries are based upon qualification, experience and responsibility and are set in line with the Dorset advisory process to secure independently approved salary ranges and job descriptions - in line with the National Joint Council Green Book and STPC guidelines for teachers.
