This term our theme is 'Moving On Up'. Students will be learning how to create their own CV in preparation for their adult provisions and future placements. We will be thinking about how best to communicate and share our personal information safely, as well as ensuring that our skills, hobbies, interests and qualifications are included. We will be looking back at our achievements during our time at school and presenting these successes through written word. photos, symbols, auditory recordings and braille. 

We will also be using our tutorial sessions each day to focus on the whole school themes of the week, which this term include World Creativity Day, Earth Day, May Day, Outdoor Class Week, Vesak, Healthy Eating and Drinking Week, National Sports Week and Pride. 

The summer term is also a busy one for those doing their Duke of Edinburgh expeditions. Students in the sixth form will be completing their Bronze or Silver awards this term.
