Our theme for the Spring term is 'Retro'. There are lots of activities you can do at home to help develop a better understanding of the passage of time and how things have changed over recent decades.

Can you find out about how technology and the media has changed in the last few decades? 

Share stories about your own childhood with your young person and use the internet to show them examples of TV programmes and music videos from the 70's and 80's. 

Share with them about how you accessed the media.  CD's? Cassettes?  Record Players? Phones? 

What was life like before the internet and mobile phones? 

What did people do in their free time? 

Can you play a game together? How about a board game or a card game? Some of the most popular games are still going strong after many years. What are your favourite games to play?
