Story Massage: The Fire At Camp (Music & Movement Activity)

This is a deep breathing exercise to help you relax and feel calm. Candle and flower breathing is a great strategy to control stress, anxiety and helps to slow down and feel focused.
Sit with your child in between your legs or in front of them and model breathing in and breathing out. Sometime putting your hand on their chest helps support this.
