My name is Charlotte.  I have worked at Montacute School for many years. I am an experienced advanced skills teaching assistant, currently supporting the teaching and learning in Branksome Class. I enjoy the challenges of working with young people with complex needs and feel particularly passionate about ensuring our young people are encouraged and supported to fully develop their communication skills.
