I have over 12 years’ experience working in childcare, including 10 years supporting children and young people with SEN. I have worked in a 1:1 support role and alongside external agencies to help provide the best possible support for students. I bring a caring, patient, and encouraging approach to my role, with a good sense of humour and a belief that positive relationships are at the heart of learning. I enjoy helping students build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their goals while making sure they feel valued and supported.
