Hi, my name is Michaela, I have worked at Montacute for 11 and a half years. I worked in post 16 for 5 years and have worked in lower school for the last 6 years. I have a Diploma in ASD and behaviour, and in the last 2 years I have completed my Higher Level Teaching Assistant and have worked alongside the teacher teaching and delivering lessons. I love my job and love watching the students reach their full potential. When outside off work I live with my son, who is 15, we enjoy long walks, especially down the beach, and I love paddleboarding, camping, swimming and days out with my family and friends.
